    It has long been home to the cheapest capital city with Hobart’s median house price sitting at $415,000 according to CoreLogic, however values are on the rise. Over the past 12 months house prices there have risen by 8.9 per cent, while Sydney has only seen a rise of 6.2 per cent during the same time frame.

    But like the rest of the country there are budget buys and prestige prices. These are the 10 most clicked on homes in Tasmania over the past seven days.
